Meet Team Aita

Max Aita is an international coach in Powerlifting and Weightlifting. He has been in the coaching game for more than a decade and in that time he has helped over a thousand athletes.
He has worked with dozens of world class athletes, his coaching achievements include multiple IPF world medalists, USAPL national champions and record holders as well as IPF world record holders.
Jo Ann Aita has been competing and coaching in the sports of Powerlifting and Weightlifting for over a decade.
She has won the title of World Champion in both Powerlifting and Weightlifting as well as the title of the World Masters Champion.

What made you develop the Team Aita Powerlifting App?

We created the Team Aita powerlifting app to be able to share the programing that we have used to successfully coach multiple IPF world medalists, USAPL national champions, IPF world record holders and USAPL record holders.
The programming in the app is adapted from our best programs and most successful training cycles and it has been tested on lifters of all experience levels from beginners to advanced.
Its perfect for anyone looking to get stronger in a general way all the way to anyone who is looking to get into competitive powerlifting.
We are most proud of the extensive video exercise library integrated into the app.
This compliments the programming very well for those that are new to the sport.
All of the programming has been tested and used by us to actually develop real champions and record holders. The training works.

How was the Team Aita Powerlifting App created and tested?

The product was created with idea that we needed a place to make delivering programs to athletes easy, affordable and accessible.
We had used spreadsheets and PDFs and even hand written programs over the last decade.
This app is by far the most effortless way to get programming into peoples hands.
We have spend over a combined 3 decades in strength sports as athletes and coaches.
The programming we used and refined over that time has been the backbone of the app.
We took our best programs and looked at what made them successful and what made them great, we then improved them where we could and retested them in house at our gym with all skill levels of athletes to end up with the best iterations we could.
We currently have over a dozen programs in the app and we are regularly adding more cycles and specialty programs.
The app solves the problem of running through program after program that doesn’t work. We have proven success with our training methods and this product delivers that.
